Sessions
50-minute individual therapy sessions, offered both in-person and via telehealth.
All of who you are belongs here—your culture, your identity, who you love, what you carry. Real change starts with understanding.
Together, we'll explore the unconscious stories that shaped you, honor what's kept you safe, and make space for what's ready to come alive.

I believe therapy is fundamentally about relationship—the one we build together, and the one you build with yourself. My approach integrates trauma-informed care with psychodynamic and relational perspectives.
While I am trained in EMDR, CBT, and DBT, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all. I listen for what you need in the moment—sometimes structure, sometimes space, but always presence.
Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken—it's about understanding what happened and finding your way forward.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed and regulated by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Outside the therapy room, you'll find me in the water or on a trail—surfing, hiking, nature journaling. I collect hobbies the way some people collect books: film photography, rock climbing, making things with my hands. And when the day winds down, there's nothing better than a good movie and the company of my orange tabby, Gilbert.
“The quality of our lives is determined by the quality of our relationships. And the most important relationship is the one you have with yourself.”
— The foundation of relational therapy
Therapy is a journey of curiosity, not correction. I draw from relational and psychodynamic approaches to help you understand not just what you feel, but why—and how those patterns once served you.
Creating Safety
Before we can explore, we need to feel held. I meet you where you are—without judgment, without agenda. In this space, your story can unfold at its own pace.
“The quality of the relationship is the therapy itself.”
Exploring Patterns
Together, we bring curiosity to the patterns you've carried—the ways you learned to protect yourself, to relate, to survive. These aren't flaws; they were once solutions.
“The unconscious speaks through repetition.”
The Space Between
We examine the gap between what you needed and what you received, between who you became and who you are. This is where insight lives—not as explanation, but as felt knowing.
“We don't just talk about feelings—we feel them.”
Integration & Vitality
Healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about reclaiming the parts of yourself that got lost along the way. We weave together insight and experience, creating space for aliveness.
I draw from multiple approaches because what you need varies. Some days you need insight, others you need practical tools, and sometimes you just need someone to sit with you.
